Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Charges

xuanxieba ships only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete, we normally process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Carrier transit time begins after processing and dispatch.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit typically takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. With processing included, we aim for delivery within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events may delay delivery. If your order faces a significant delay, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Notifications

We send shipment updates to the email address used at checkout. When carrier tracking is available, we include it in the update. The first tracking scan may take some time to appear.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please confirm your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need to correct it, email hello@xuanxieba.com as soon as possible. We will check whether a change is possible before dispatch.

If a package seems lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We pay the return shipping costs. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
