1. About These Terms

xuanxieba (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of the store and to purchases made through it, along with the product details and policies available before checkout.

2. Your Use of the Store

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission where required.

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or fraudulent purchases, disrupt its operation, or access its systems or information without authorization.

3. Product Details and Availability

Please check a product’s description, sizing, materials, and care instructions before buying. Colors may look different depending on your device or display settings. Your rights remain unaffected if an item is defective, materially unlike its description, or sent by mistake.

We work to keep descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate. If we find an error affecting your order, we will explain it and tell you what options are available. We will not send a substitute product or charge you more without your consent. If we cannot supply an item, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for that item.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout show the applicable price and currency. Before you pay, checkout also shows any applicable taxes and your final order total.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. You can see the available payment methods at checkout; payments are handled by the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Shipping

We currently deliver only to U.S. addresses. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy provides more information.

To request an address correction, order change, or cancellation, email hello@xuanxieba.com promptly. We will check whether we can make the change before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee or return handling fee.

We will inspect a return after receiving it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Personal Information

Shopify hosts our store. When you browse or purchase from it, Shopify processes information to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information and how to contact us about privacy rights. Shopify describes its own information practices in its Privacy Policy.

8. Store Content and External Services

Intellectual property rights may protect materials on this website, whether those rights belong to us or to third parties. Buying a product does not give you ownership of those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to an external service does not, by itself, mean that we are affiliated with or endorse it. If you use that service, please read its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Issues, Rights, and Updates

If something goes wrong with the website or an order, contact us so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities where doing so would be unlawful.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you placed an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We will communicate material changes when required.
